We are looking for a talented Perl / PHP developer to join a fast moving job board to help us maintain our leading position in recruitment within the UK and internationally.

As web developer, you will be responsible for maintaining the current site but more importantly, playing a pivotal role in improving the site to introduce new functionality to enhance both the jobseeker and recruiter experience. As well as employing your own knowledge and skills to provide direction for the site, you will also need to be good at listening to customers to take their requirements and turn them into system changes. You will need to be up to date with development trends to ensure that your work is based on best practice in relation to coding structure, SEO, accessibility and usability.

You must have a successful background managing and developing websites using PHP, Perl, CSS, HTML, XML, javascript and MySQL in a business environment working within a close team and have the hunger and drive to push the company to the next level.
