The Gurukul, one of the top schools in Panchkula was set up in the year 2001, under the aegis of Darbari Lal Foundation (DLF), an educational society dedicated to the great educationist and visionary, Late Sh. Darbari Lal Ji, Ex-President DAV College Managing Committee.

The DLF started its journey, with the establishment of The Gurukul, Sector 20 Panchkula and The Gurukul, Sector 29, Panchkula.
